2018 Non-Member Conference Registration Fee / Additional Exhibitor or Sponsor Conference Registration

Registration fee required for all individuals who wish to attend a conference who are not current mhca Members, invited guests, or vendors who have already been approved and paid to exhibit at a specific conference.

All individuals wishing to register for and attend a conference who don't meet the criteria listed above must first contact us at 850-942-4900 to request approval to attend. Upon approval, you may then use the button below to make payment.

Registrations cancelled prior to 30 days before a conference will forfeit 50% of payment. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to a conference.
