Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking a Manager of Counseling Services located in Portage County, Ohio.

Key Duties of the Manager of Counseling Services include:
- Providing clinical and administrative supervision to Adult and Child/Adolescent counseling staff
- Hiring/recruitment of staff
- Coordinating caseloads, referrals, and schedules for staff
Minimum Qualifications of Counseling Services:
- Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) licensure w/Supervision credential
- 3+ years’ experience working in mental health and substance abuse
Preferred Qualifications of Manager of Counseling Services:
- 3+ years of clinical supervision in mental health and/or addiction treatment
- Work with adult and youth populations in a counseling setting
