Coleman Health Services is seeking a counselor or social worker supervisor to be the Manager of Crisis Intervention Services in Portage County!

Key job duties of the Manager of Crisis Intervention Services include:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to counselors, social workers, and paraprofessionals in our Crisis Intervention Services department
- Provide program and administrative oversight to Crisis Intervention Services
- Prepare/monitor related program data and outcomes.
- Provide limited direct care to patients – interventions may include safety evaluations, safety planning home, inpatient psychiatry referral and coordination
- Maintaining relationships with referring agencies and community stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with company policy and procedure
- Participate in budget development and monitoring
Qualified Manager of Crisis Intervention Services candidates must have:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
- LPCC-S or LISW-S
- 3+ years’ experience working in mental health and substance abuse
Preference given to candidates that also have:
- 3+ years of clinical supervision in mental health and/or addiction treatment
- 3+ years of work in a mental health or addiction crisis setting
- Working familiarity with AMSR, CANS, and ZeroSuicide, and other suicide risk-related best practices
