    Heritage has a Wellness Days Program that promotes staff wellness by providing planned days off focusing on a proactive approach to mental health and wellness. Our unique program allows for all full-time staff to take a Wellness Day off every other Friday giving 26 additional days for staff to be well. The primary goal of implementing Wellness Days is to promote mental health wellness, reduce staff burnout and enhance the overall well-being of our staff. Our Wellness Days Program contributes to a healthier, more productive work environment, fostering a culture that values and supports the well-being of our staff.
