Residential Director

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized nonprofit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Residential Director to manage several residential programs for individuals age 18 and older with behavioral health disorders in Danielle’s Lighthouse, which is a 24/7 business unit located in Mansfield, Ohio. This position is on-site 100% of the time and will work primarily first shift but also provides coverage for other shifts at times.

The Manager is responsible for the clinical and administrative oversight of staff, residential coordination at local and state venues; departmental budget management; providing clinical best practices to the residents and maintaining compliance with funding and licensing requirements.

Qualifications of Residential Director:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3 years+ experience working with psychiatric population
• 1 year+ supervisory experience
• Able to work collaboratively and effectively as a team
• Able to exercise balanced judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions
• Working knowledge of computers
• Must be willing to complete and have favorable results for criminal background check, drug screening, and driving check (must have a clean driving record) if selected for the position
• Prefer 2 years+ management experience
