mhca Group Room Rate: $399 plus 13% local and state taxes.

The resort fee has been waived.

A two-night minimum stay at the Opal Sands is needed to receive the mhca group room rate.

The resort fee includes access to the fitness center, Wi-Fi in your guest room, daily newspaper, in room coffee and two bottles of water, access to the Business Center, and beach/pool towels.

The resort fee has been waived.

Sandpearl Resort rooms are city view. If you would like a Gulf-Front Junior King Suite, mhca has a few of these suites available at a group room rate of $599 plus 13% local and state taxes. The resort fee for these rooms has also been waived.

The Sandpearl resort fee includes access to the same items listed above at the Opal Sands plus nightly shoeshine and complimentary bicycle rental.

A shuttle is available in the morning and evening from the Sandpearl Resort to the Opal Sands.

* Cancellation Policy for both resorts:
All reservations that are not cancelled with the Opal Sands or Sandpearl at least seven days prior to arrival will be charged for the full length of stay. This policy is strictly enforced.

Reservations & Cancellations

1)  RESERVATIONS FOR MORE THAN 3 ROOMS

If you want to reserve more than 3 rooms, please send an email to Gena Matthews at gmatthews@mhca.com?Subject=Hotel Assistance (3+) - 2025 Clearwater Beach.

2)  RESERVATIONS IF ROOM BLOCK IS FULL

If you try to make Hotel Reservations and are told that our block is full and need assistance getting into the hotel, or if you have any problems with the hotel's reservations website, please send an email to Gena Matthews at gmatthews@mhca.com?Subject=Hotel Assistance (Full) - 2025 Clearwater Beach.

3)  CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel a room reservation, please send an email to Gena at gmatthews@mhca.com?Subject=Room Cancellation - 2025 Clearwater Beach rather than cancelling the room yourself with the hotel. The hotel will return all Cancelled rooms to their General Sales block, not to mhca's room block, thus these rooms will be unavailable to other mhca members trying to make reservations.  By letting Gena know about the cancellation, she can work with the hotel to make sure your cancelled room(s) are in our block and available to other members.
