CONFERENCE CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
In light of the rapidly evolving situation on the ground in Boston and the extraordinary measures being taken to “flatten the curve” as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread throughout our communities, mhca has decided to cancel our Spring Conference in Boston. While we were initially hesitant to cancel, it is now clear that the significant impact of this outbreak will require our members to remain focused on meeting the immediate needs of their organizations and the clients they serve during the coming months.
At this time, we are asking that you please cancel your own individual reservations with the hotel, as well as any airline, car rental or other travel arrangements made in anticipation of this event. For those of you who have already paid for exhibit space and/or sponsorships, we will be in touch with each of you individually in the coming weeks to determine if you would like to roll your investment into a future conference, or if you would prefer a refund.
If you have any immediate concerns, please let us know. All of our staff members are currently well and we will all be working our regular hours, albeit from our individual homes for the time being.
