3789Lynn Brady Lynn Brady was appointed President & CEO of Journey Mental Health Center, succeeding Ron Lampert. She has served as the center’s Chief Operating Officer for the past five years and has more than 30 years’ experience in the mental health and substance use field both as a clinician and an administrator. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on health care administration.
3789Barbara Scott On July 1, Barbara Scott succeeded Rich DeHaven as President & CEO of Aspire Indiana. Scott joined Aspire more than 30 years ago, working in community support services and inpatient services, both in clinic and administrative positions, before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 1997. Scott earned a Master of Business Administration in 2002 and in 2009, she became Executive Vice President and COO of Aspire Indiana. Scott lives with her husband on a farm in East Central Indiana where she enjoys tending to her gardens and numerous farm animals. She earned an MBA from Anderson University, an MSW at IUPUI, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Anderson College.
3789Bill Henricks Bill Henricks succeeded Joan DiMaria as President and CEO of AllHealth Network in March and AllHealth, formerly Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network, rejoined mhca in June. Dr. Henricks has been active in behavioral healthcare for over 25 years, most recently serving as Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Seton Shoal Creek and Behavioral Health Services in Austin, Texas. He holds a Ph.D. and Masters from Miami University of Ohio, an MBA from Marquette University and received his undergraduate degree from Augustana College.

Last month, Arizona State University’s Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy, and its Board of Advisors, recognized Terros Health President and CEO, and mhca Board Member, Peggy Chase with the 2017 Behavioral Health Leadership Award. The award was presented at the celebrated Awards Gala, which is part of the Center's annual Summer Institute in Sedona. This prestigious award was designed to honor individuals who have made sustained contributions to the accessibility, availability and effectiveness of behavioral health services in Arizona.

The Center's director Dr. Michael Shafer said, "The work that you do and that you have committed yourself to over these years has made lasting impacts in the lives of countless individuals and families. On behalf of ASU and the Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy, it is a personal pleasure to recognize you with this award."

JacobsDick 2017 Headshot   Dick Jacobs Dick Jacobs recently succeeded Jerry Kassab as president of Aspire Health Partners. Dick has served as CEO of Aspire Health Partners since the organization was created by the merger of Seminole Behavioral Health, Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare Inc. and the Center for Drug Free Living in July of 2013. Dick assumed the added responsibilities of president upon Jerry’s recent retirement, and we look forward to his active involvement with mhca.

Dick holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Certified Addictions Professional. During his 34 years with The Center for Drug Free Living, he co-wrote or collaborated on numerous SAMHSA grants for projects involving intensive collaboration of community services and systems. He is a Board Member of the Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association, a field reviewer for the Treatment Improvement Protocol (TIP) on Intensive Outpatient Treatment (CSAT), and is active in research efforts with the CTN at The Center. He is also currently involved with ADM and the University of Miami in the Peer Quality Improvement Project.
