They offer a variety of programs including Intensive Residential Treatment, Financial Freedom, Family Counseling, Therapeutic Foster Care Intensive In-Home Services, and an Independent Living Program.

Kate O’Day is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over three decades of experience serving children and families. Before becoming President and CEO of Gateway in 2014, she made meaningful impacts through her roles as Founder of Richland Horizon Consulting for organizational excellence and Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Children's Services. Kate earned her Master of Social Work at Florida International University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Florida.
